When submitting documents for translation, please allow up to three weeks for it to be completed. Take into consideration the work load of the translator at the time of your submission. Please, also include the amount of pages and the date line on your message so we can prioritize our requests.
- Seek approval from your department head prior to submission.
- Email text in a Word document to: firstname.lastname@example.org. (Tatiana Villa is the Spanish translator for the Archdiocese of Atlanta. Please don’t send requests to her email address directly.)
- Allow for up to three weeks for the translation to be completed (depending on the size of the documents).
- Once the translation has been finalized, you will receive an email from Tatiana via the translation inbox.
